TERMS OF SERVICE ART
Luna_Syc Digital and Traditional Art Terms of Service.
Read everything before commissioning me.
1) WAIT TIME
-My turn around rate can range from 4 days to 4 weeks based on complexity of the commission, but if you would like the commission to be done at a certain date then a small fee will be added to your order.
-I will notify you if there are any delays.
-Feel free to message me once in a while but please keep in mind I have school and work. I will reply as soon as I can.
-I do provided frequent updates with every stage of the commission
2) PAYMENT
-When commissioning me you must pay the full price up front, I do offer sketches prior to asking for payment
-the sketches are my work and will be heavily watermark.
-I only take USD through PayPal.
-You MUST have a clear reference sheet of your character.
3) I WILL DRAW
-NSFW
-humans
-characters
-animals
-candy gore
I WILL NOT DRAW -I will NOT draw copyrighted or trademarked characters. (Ex. Sonic the hedgehog, Super Mario, etc.)
4) REFUNDS
-You may ask for a refund during the sketch stage ONLY. Any refund requested after the sketch stage results in blacklisting. Please do not commission me if you're unsure on funds.
-By choosing a refund you will give up all rights to the sketch and I will have a right to re-use the sketch for another commission.
-If I am unable to start the commission a refund will be completely given.
-No refunds will be accepted once the commission has been delivered.
5) WATERMARK
-My watermark will stay on all digital files and traditional artwork.
- please do not remove the water mark
6) BLACKLISTING
-Do not claim my art as your own, upon doing so you will immediately be blacklisted.
-Do NOT trace my artwork.
