BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TOS (REGULAR ARTWORK)

I. You required to pay 60% of the payment first before I send you the initial sketches/sample designs and I will start working on it and once the work is done you can send the other 40% of the payment.
(If you already have a sketch for the project only need to do is rendering you are still required to pay 60% of the payment)

II. If I do not like project/commission I have the right to decline your request.

III. The Working process will be 3-7 days for every commission. (Regular artwork ex. portraits. Project-based are not included)

IV. First come First serve rule, I will start working on the first client. Othe clients will be on the pending list.

V. Rushing/Shortening the regular deadline will require additional payment.

VI. Revisions are limited to regular artworks. (ex. Portraits) Project-based can take many as you want.

VII. I have the right to publish the artwork on any website on the internet

VIII. If you didn't want me to publish the work for secrecy purposes, please tell me at the beginning of the project. Only once you publish it publicly I will have right publish it too.

IX. You can only request a refund for the project when the conditions are met:

   1.) I Haven't started working on the commission/project yet or I haven't sent you the initial sketch.

X. If you want to stop the project you can only stop it at half-way of the project. you cannot request a refund for the first half of the project for it is already been
started and paid.
