The artwork was beautiful and the artist captured my character perfectly, however, communication could have been better. The artist fell out of contact for nearly two weeks and needed to be prompted into giving a response.
Shineblooms did an absolutely amazing job with the commission piece and I absolutely love their art style. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an amazing piece of their own whether it's for some icons, emotes, or full illustrations.

Shineblooms is easy to work with, the request I had in mind was straightforward and they delivered several versions (background and background-less) with the option to discuss any changes that might have been necessary (there weren't, they nailed it perfectly from the first try in my case!)
The only reason I took a star out was because of the long turnabout time with little to no communication - this for me wasn't a problem, as there was no deadline for my commission, but if you are impatient or have a particular day you want the art done for, then keep in mind to mention this clearly!
So happy with the result. Very professional and lovely art, if you want something cute I'd 100% recommend this!
