The price of the works are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Once the deposit has been received the price is fixed, unless the sittings are delayed by the client by more than four months. If the artist postpones the sittings, the price remains as agreed.
Copyright rests with the me, unless specifically agreed in writing, before the commission is started.
The balance (plus any delivery/travel expenses) is due after completion of the work.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless I am unable to start the commission.
