You can send descriptions and some references of the character's build, shapes, fashion, or inspirations (if any) that may help to visualization the character
After you order?
You will get an update about progress and be able to ask for revisions if I miss anything on the update
For the finished product, you will get a .jpg and transparent .png files. You can also order source files in .psd (Photoshop) /.clip (Clip Studio Paint) if you are interested in an extra order.

Art was done quickly And with amazing quality despite the artist being busy. They were also incredibly open to suggestions in working out the character and took changes to the design extremely well throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the final product and would absolutely recommend them to others and use them again for other projects.
