CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN

I, as the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission request at my own discretion. If cancelled after payment has been received, you will be refunded immediately at the point of cancellation.
A.... If at any point I decide that I do not wish to work with you as a customer, due to negativity, disrespect, or generally intolerable behavior, your commission will be canceled and you will be blacklisted from future business.

You, as the client, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. You will receive a full refund upon cancellation, unless I have already exceeded 50% of work on the commission, at which point you will only receive a partial (30-50%) refund. You may not request a refund once your commission has been completed.

You may not claim any artwork created by me as your own, or suggest in any way that you are the artist. My artwork should not be altered, traced, or in any way modified without my explicit consent.

You may not use my artwork for commercial use without my explicit consent. Depending on the nature of the situation, commercial artwork may be priced differently or require a contract for extended use.

I will not draw characters that are depicted as being under the age of 18, characters in explicit non-consensual situations, or most kinds of fetishes and kinks. Ask for clarification on my limitations.
