Licenses
You can do anything to the commissioned pieces for PERSONAL use only.
For commercial use, please discuss it with me for more details.
License Rate
Minimum: Half price of the final price (commercial personal usage)
Medium: Double price of the final price (commercial of indie company)
Maximum: Triple price or above (commercial of big companies)
Once you buy my license, any copyrights/ownership will transfer to you.
Prices
Price is per character, 2nd characters and so on starts at 85% of the original price. This applies to all except Type A.
If the character's design is medium or hard complexity, the price will increase.
Prices are final, no negotiations will be entertained. I will give more discounts ESPECIALLY to returning customers.
Payment
Pay deposits half of the final price when you agreed with the commission.
Then the remaining of the price after I completed about 50% of the commission.
If the commission is in Simple Commission, you have to pay me first fully.
After i received your payment, I would start/continue on your commission ASAP.
I will cover the Paypal fee.
Cancellations/Refunds
No cancellation and refunds unless I can’t do the commission.
I do not cancel/reject the commission unless I say so.
I have the right to cancel/reject your commission.
Durations
DO NOT rush me. A drawing usually take a month (min) to 3 months (max), depends on the complexity.
The duration will start once it is YOUR TURN in the order list.
Procedures
I will start on drafting/sketching the commissioned art after you pay the first half.
I will show you the work in progress (WIP) from time to time (usually on weekends) if I have any updates.
You are free to ask for updates, but please don’t ask me too frequently, as I have real life problems too so hope you can understand that.
Edits/Changes in Arts
You can ask for changes for free 2 times max for each stage.
Drafting/Sketching = change pose, change clothes etc
Lineart = minor change in clothes or facial expression etc, no change in pose (fee will be charged if you still want it changed)
Colouring = only changes in terms of color will be allowed (other than that, additional fee will be charged)
So please review the WIP or updates that I give you properly.
Deadlines
If there’s any deadline, let me know in the Google Form.
I expect that you are not rushing if no deadline is given.
Extra charges 20% of the final price will be held if the art is needed to be done within a week.
Final Products
A full version of the commissioned art with watermark. (PNG type)
If you want PSD version of the commissioned art, 50% + the final price.
Disclaimer
I have the right to post the finished commissioned art to my social media, if you don't want it do say so to me. Additional charges of 5$ per art will be held.
I have the right to do anything to the commissioned art except commercial purpose.
