TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:

-Payment WILL ONLY be done Via PAYPAL. If the commissioner is from my home country (Philippines), then other paying services may be used.

-There will be 2 PAYMENT SESSIONS done throughout the commission process:

1.) DOWN PAYMENT - Payment done BEFORE the painting process begins. The down payment should be 50% of the agreed total payment (to avoid unethical circumstances, and for security purposes).

2.) FINAL PAYMENT - Payment done AFTER the painting process. (*NOTE: I will be showing the finished painting to the commissioner. The giving of the final file will be done AFTER the final payment)

REVISIONS:

-The commissioner is given an allowable 2 revisions max. (FREE)
-There will be additional charges (+ $5) for every exceeding revision.

*NOTE: I will be sending progress (WIP) of the artwork to the commissioner. To avoid additional charges/unwanted details, please notify me immediately, and be specific of your request.

REFUNDS:

-In any case the commissioner is unable to commit to the agreement/ cancellation of the artwork; the commissioner shall be fined 50% of the agreed total payment.

-In any case I am unable to fulfill to the commission deadline WITHOUT informing the commissioner ahead of time, the artwork would serve as FREE, hence the down payment/any other payment shall be returned to the commissioner 100%.

-After you have received your finished commission (this includes any correction of mistakes) the transaction will be over and you are not permitted to ask for a refund.

RIGHTS/COPYRIGHTS

-The artwork, though commissioned, is 100% owned by ME. Therefore, using my artwork for commercial purposes, editing of artwork, removing of watermark, and posting of artwork WITHOUT crediting me shall be fined accordingly depending on damage done. (In any case both Me and the Commissioner, have AGREED on the Selling/Buying of a specific Artwork's copyright and ownership, then this portion of the agreement is invalid).

Please note that I WILL NOT be giving the commissioner another copy if it's lost. It is the commissioner's responsibility to safe keep the artwork. If urgent, additional charges may apply (If I still have the original copy of the commissioned artwork).
