COLORED HALF BODY

All payment will be upfront unless discussed otherwise. Payment plans are available for orders $70 and over with the first payment being nonrefundable.

Work will begin after payment or first payment in a payment plan.

Full Refunds will be given before the approval of the final sketch. If a payment plan is involved, the first payment is non-refundable. Prior to the completion of the piece, half-refunds will be available.

The Artist will give show client WIP at the sketch, lines, and shading stage for any commission over $30 in price. Client has full revision power at the sketch phase. Only minor changes may be made at the line and coloring stages.

Two major changes will be given for free at the sketch stage. Additional changes will incur a $20 fee.

The Artist has discretion over changes made during the lines and coloring phase.

Client will give the Artist a month to complete the commission prior to asking for a refund. If a different deadline has been agreed upon between Client and Artist, the changed deadline will control. 

If there has been no contact between Client and Artist in three months AND that lack of contact is due to the fault of the Artist, a full refund will be given regardless of the state of the commission. If the Artist has attempted to contact the Client but has received no communication back, and that lack of communication continues for three months, no refund will be given regardless of the state of the commission.

Artist reserves the right to post the completed commission to the Artist's social media accounts

Copyright of the art piece at all stages of development belongs to the Artist. The Artist does not consent to the Client using the art in any stage of development for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon.

Client will receive a digital file of the complete piece in PNG or JPEG format at the completion of the Commission. If a payment plan has been agreed to, client will receive the digital file of the completed piece at payment of the full agreed upon price.

Artist reserves the right to decline any commission. 

PAYMENT, OF ANY AMOUNT, TOWARDS THESE SERVICES IS ACCEPTANCE OF THIS TOS

This TOS contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
