PROJECT INFORMATION

Artwork(s)/project(s) will be created according to the type of slot that the client will choose. All artwork(s)/project(s) will be done to client specifications and use references given by the client. I will be using Adobe Photoshop for the artwork(s)/project(s). The final work will be output in a JPEG/PNG file.

REVISIONS

I won't do an unlimited number of revisions. We can limit the revisions to just minor changes rather than complete do-overs if we have a good communication. Minor changes and adjustments are part of the process. Do-overs is an indication of poor communication. You may request for up to 2 times for adjustments/revisions. The cost of further adjustments can be negotiated. This way of doing business will benefit the both of us, and with that, the artwork(s)/project(s) will be finished at an appropriate time.

OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK/FILES

The client shall obtain ownership of the final artwork(s)/file(s) to use in whatever the client needs/wants it to. Commercial use of the finished artwork(s)/project(s) shall be discussed with me. Please inform me if I cannot use the completed artwork(s)/project(s) and any preliminary designs for art competitions, future publications on artwork(s)/project(s), marketing materials and online portfolio. If ever you are fine with me using the artwork(s)/project(s) I've done for the purpose of the following stated above, you will be given any necessary credit for usage of the artwork(s)/project(s). Please do not copy, paste, trace, edit, recreate, and resell my art/work(s).

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Please specify if ever you have a deadline for the artwork(s)/project(s). If unexpected events occur, such as negligence of client, sudden illness, or other happenings beyond my control, it shall entitle me to extend the completion of the artwork(s)/project(s), by the time equivalent to the period of the delay.
