Please provide either a detailed description of your wishes, reference imagery or both.
I have no problem with NSFW material, but retain the right to decline certain subject matter, should I feel the need to (this would only apply to extremes or things of illegal nature).
Once the subject matter has been decided on, I will make a sketch. Once that is agreed on the next step is flat color, to make sure to color scheme fits what you want it to be, after which I will finish the piece.
