Overall

1. By ordering a commission you agree to abide by these terms.
2. I reserve the right to refuse commissions without further explanation if necessary.
3. In virtue of the non-retroactive effect of updated terms of service, possible changes will not apply to past orders, and only future ones.
4. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if a commissioner is inappropriate.

Specific Rules

1. There are some commissions which will outright be refused: Anime inspired art, illegal artistic representations (such as paedophilia, including loli), furry art, fetish and/or pornographic art, bigoted artwork, or any artwork which would be assimilated to a practice which is outlawed, and/or is susceptible to cause damage to a person (such as harassment).
2. I will not reveal my schedule and specific work hours, not only do they vary immensely, but also are they inappropriate in this business relation.
3. I will not tolerate rude commissioners one bit, and will act appropriately if rudeness arises.

Image Rights

1. I still retain rights on the original artwork, unless these rights are bought after a discussion with the commissioner. In which case, I reserve the rights to repost, use and sell at will in any shape or form.
2. Due to copyright restrictions, I shall not engage myself in a commission which infringes upon another intellectual property which I have no rights upon, except if said commission respects fair use, or has been authorised.
3. I also reserve the rights to post material related to the process of the piece, which can be embodied by speedpaints or Work in Progress collages.

Authorised Commissions

1. I will accept drawing gore and violence under the condition of respecting a certain threshold: Indeed, if it is overly disturbing and unsettling, I will refuse. This condition will be evaluated in concreto.
2. I will also accept nudity, as long isn’t assimilated to one of the previous categories of commissions I will outright refuse.
3. Even some couple illustrations for instance involving nudity will be accepted if they are not pornographic. This condition is also evaluated in concreto.
4. I have no issue in representing religious iconography.
5. I have no issue in creating politically charged pieces, as long as they are exterior to the list of outright refused commissions.
