By sending me a commission request, you are agreeing to the TOS listed below:
==General==
-All messages about commission must be written in clear manner to avoid confusion.
-Please provide plenty of references.
-Payment must be paid upfront after I accepted the commission order.
-I take Paypal and dA only (1$=100points).
-Do not pay unless I send you an invoice first! If you failed to do so, your money will be refunded!
==Commission Process==
-After receiving your payment, I'll place the order in the bottom of my current To-Do list.
-A sketch will be sent to the client for approval.
-After approved, I'll revise (if requested by the client) and finish the artwork.
-Minor edit request such as colour change will be done free of charge.
-Any large edit request after line/color approval will be subjected to additional charge.
-The final version will be sent to the client privately.
-Commission might take up from 5 days to 2 weeks, depend on the complexity and quantity.
==Refund Policy==
-Full refund will be given if I haven't started on the order yet.
-50% refund will be given if I have sketched the artwork.
-No refund will be given if I have lined/coloured the artwork.
==Copyright/Usage Policy==
I, the artist, hold all right to the produced artwork, unless otherwise stated. The commissioner must agree that they will not perform copyright infringement on the commissioned work, such as:
-Using my artwork for commercial use (Make money off it by any means)
-Taking credit/claiming the artwork.
-Editing the artwork without my permission.
-Removing my watermark.
I have the right to post (but is not obliged to) the commissioned work on my personal websites such as Facebook, deviantART, Tumblr, etc... as well as displaying it in my portfolio.
Commissioner can request to have their commission remain private for no extra fee.
