○ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.

○ Payment is required upfront; failure to pay within 3 days of submitting an inquiry will result in your commission slot being dropped.

○ Generally, there is a 1-2 day turnaround unless otherwise specified.

○ At the time of inquiry, please be as specific as possible with what you want. A few changes are acceptable during sketch phase but requesting many frequent changes in lineart, poses, and/or colour after sketch phase will result in additional fees.

○ I will always provide you with a preliminary sketch and follow-up sketches to ensure that you are satisified with your commission. The exception to this are mini chibis, in which you will NOT receive a preliminary sketch.

○ I am not responsible for inaccurate markings and colour upon completion; upon inquiring, be certain that your images and references are up to date and specify any important details that are required. If changes are required, be certain to specify those changes in the preliminary sketch phase.

○ I will not be responsible for lost work; be certain to save your commission, as I often clean my gallery and may be unable to retrieve the original file should something happen to my computer.

○ I only accept Paypal.

○ At the time of inquiry, please provide your Paypal email; you will be sent an invoice with my Terms of Service attached.

○ I retain full rights to my work and the characters depicted, if acceptable.

○ The client may repost any art they have commissioned.

○ I reserve the right to display any and all works to my gallery and/or portfolio unless an agreement was made otherwise at the time of inquiry.
