Overall great experience. Once they started working it was done within a day(or two, not entirely certain). It took them about a month to first get to me though, as they had quite a large backlog. It was made wonderfully, despite my relatively vague list of things I wanted.
If I'm ever on the lookout for another one, I'll know where to go.
