I WON'T DRAW

1. Mecha (moderate armor and simple mecha accessories are ok)
2. Very masculine / very muscular characters
3. Detailed backgrounds/landscape (e.g. cityscape)
4. Explicit/gore materials (blood splatters and effects are fine)

GENERAL TERMS

I have the right to decline any commission request if I am not comfortable with some or any elements in the said request. I will give you proper explanation of my reasons.

It is highly recommended to contact me first to discuss your ideas before ordering.

I am allowed to post WIPs, screenshots, sneak peeks, and the finished artwork(s) on my social media as part of my portfolio. If you do not want me to share WIPs and/or sneak peeks, you may tell me so before I start working on your order.

You may display my work on any sites or socials as long as credits or link(s) to my website/socials are provided whether in form of captions or watermarks.

The commissioned artworks I provide are mostly for personal use only (unless you agreed to pay for commercial fees). You can not use my artwork to earn money (e.g. selling it as your merch, as rewards in Patreon, etc.)

You can't edit, change, or modify my artwork without my permission.

I have the right to add my sign or watermark on my artwork, whether in an obvious or very subtle way. My signature will be on every version of the finished artwork that the client receives.

You may ask me to remove my signature or watermark if you pay additional fees for commercial use.

The client will receive the finished artwork file(s) via E-mail, Google Drive, or any other means/platforms that both the client and I (the artist) agreed to use.

Major revisions are allowed ONLY during sketching stage. I only accept small revisions and adjustments after the artwork is completed.

My artworks SHOULD NOT be used for AI and NFT purposes.

All part of artworks, including sketches, screenshots, and drafts belong to me ('YoruDamaru' or 'yorudamaru_'). Please do not claim them as yours or narrate yourself as the creator of the artworks.

Ordering or purchasing my services means that you agree to abide by the rules and conditions listed on the Terms of Service.

Not following said rules may lead to order cancellation and Blacklist.
