By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Rules:
you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase and view adult / mature content.
I am comfortable drawing anything, but I have my strengths and weaknesses. I am open to all different types of animal species (including humans), settings, scenarios and genders. I am not very comfortable with heavy machinery, intricate Armour, vehicles, detailed weaponry, or complex architecture.Please get to know my style of artwork.
It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessarily information to complete the commission.
I will draw:
Humans
Anthros
Furries
Animals
Suggestive Material
Tasteful Nudity
Porn
Minor Blood/ Wounds
Fetishes (to a certain extent, just ask)
Will not do at all:
Extreme Fetishes (ask)
Heavy Gore
Hateful Art n nature towards any person/race/orientation/religion/identity, etc.
Child/Cub Porn
Payment:
I take Paypal and you can ask about e-cheques All payment must be in USD, I prefer to be paid up front and in full for any commission, and I will complete my assigned project as quickly as possible from when I receive payment. Upon completion I will send you a watermarked version of the completed project for viewing, if it meets expectations I will remove the watermark and send you the image.
I will not cancel a commission or assigned project without good reason, and if necessary I will extend my five day wait period to accommodate any back orders or detail heavy projects. The commission will not be finished until the rest of the payment is received.
Complex works and characters (ie: mecha machines, multi-textured or patterned characters, detailed backgrounds complex architecture etc) will require an additional charge depending on the nature of the complexity to be discussed with me at your first convenience.
Deadlines:
I complete most projects within 5 days depending on complexity communication etc. I will work as fast as I am able to complete commissions in the order I receive them as quickly as I can in order to prevent back ordering and extended queues if a wait list develops for my work I will let you know and complete the assigned project as quickly as I am able. I wish to ensure that my work is not only quality but that it is also expedient as I can deliver. If your project falls under a complex nature as listed above I will still complete it as quickly as possible but understand that it will take longer I will give an estimate at the time of ordering.
Rights:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and am in no way obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.
Unless I have explicitly stated otherwise, I will retain all copyright to my artwork, even when characters contained within the work belong to the commissioner. It is in my right to post, distribute, copy, reproduce, etc for sale or promotion.
You are free to post any commission done for you to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit is provided. I do, however, ask you do not re-post commissions and their full size to public galleries, and do not remove my signature on the image.
I am not obligated to post your commission to my gallery, or anywhere else.
You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for websites, banners, signatures, icons ,and so on provided there is credit.
You have permission to make prints/copies of the image so long as it is for personal use and no profit is made.
Please discuss things with me if you want to purchase an image's full copyright/publishing rights.
I reserve the right to use rejected sketches (i.e. if you rejected a sketch for a whole new pose) for my own use, but I will alter it so the character doesn't look like yours.
