When purchasing this service you agree to all the terms stated ahead.
*Communication and Work Commissioned:
I will provide the work as per the request and specifications of the client as long as this stays within limits specified below:
- no mecha
- no nudity in minor people or characters
- hateful or offensive content of any kind
(homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, etc.)
The client agrees to stick to the selected item, extra elements such as additional characters and backgrounds can be negotiated with an additional fee specified whilst purchasing.
I agree to provide evidence of progress, in the form of screenshots of the whole process of the work, and revising details. Once the "sketch" of the work is done and approved no changes aside from color palette and minor modifications will be allowed.
The client is obligated to provide references and descriptions most preferably in full detail so the completion of the work is satisfactory.
*Payment:
The payment will be handed in full. Once the "sketch" stage is approved, there will be no refunds.
*Deadlines:
My commissions take 1 to 3 days to finish
if the commission were to take longer, I will contact the client to inform them
*Use of the work:
I retain all the rights to the artwork, including the right to display it on social media or as commission examples
The client agrees that the work provided is for personal use only unless discussed beforehand and agreed otherwise.
The client must properly identify the artist as the creator of the work
Under no circumstances the work provided is allowed to be used in the manner of NFTs
