If you commission me, u accept the TOS (Terms Of Services) automatically!
So please read those carefully.

-Im allowed to post the commission whenever I want and where I want (ur tagged in the artwork if u want)
-Ur nor allowed to make money out from the Commission or any other profit. (If your planning to do, please tell me BEFORE - I have to add an Commercial Fee)
-Never post the Commission without my agreement + you have to tag me everywhere!
-Be sure Im the right Artist for your wishes, I dont do any Style themed commissions or any copys of others.
PAYMENT
Payment is 100% Upfront, on Models its 50% before and 50% after the Sketch
Payment is possible with PayPal - VGen or Ko-Fi
REVISIONS
In the sketch phase u can change as much as you want
Aftet the Sketch phase u can only change color
In the Rendering progress ur not able to change anything aynmore - if you still want I need to charge a extra fee
PROGRESS
-If I got the full payment I will start with the sketch soon
-When Im Done with the sketch, I will contact you directly
-When the Sketch is accepted I will work on the lineart and get back to you again
-When the Lineart is accepted I will work on the BaseColor and get back to you again
-When the Shading is accepted, I will export it and come back to you with a Drive-Link where everything is included
USE
Never use or describe the Commission as your own
Credit the Artist everywhere
Commerical Use will be an extra fee from 70% of the calculated price
REFUNDS
No refunds
I only do refunds, if there is an private situation u can proof to me

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Never use my art for KI or AI
DEADLINES
I dont take deadlines for my personal reference. If I would take those, I would rush my self to much and the outcome of the commissions would not be great.
