GENERAL
Please provide a clear image reference, not blurry or damaged.
I will draw: Humans, Original Characters (OCs), Fanart, Couples, simple backgrounds/solid colors.
I will not draw: Mecha/Armor, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), Furry, detailed backgrounds.
Prices are subject to change depending on complexity and specific requests.
The agreed-upon price at the time of the commission is final for that specific piece.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
If payment has been made and I decide not to proceed, you will receive a full refund.
I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.The price for commercial 2x the original commission price.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% upon sketch approval
If choosing the 50% upfront option, the remaining 50% must be paid in full before the final files are delivered.
REVISIONS
The number of allowed revisions is : 3 during the sketch phase.
Major revisions after the sketch is approved may incur additional charges.Minor revisions (small changes such as colors or minor details) can be requested after the coloring stage.
Revisions caused by my error will not incur any additional charges.Revision requests must be clear and specific.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The estimated completion time will be provided after the commission details are finalized and payment is received.
Completion time may vary depending on complexity and my current queue.
I will do my best to complete the commission by the agreed-upon deadline.
However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
I will notify you if any delays occur.The final artwork will be delivered as a file in PNG or JPG.
USE
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless a separate agreement is made regarding commercial rights.
Personal use includes: using the artwork as an avatar, social media header, wallpaper, printing for personal collection, and posting on personal social media with credit given to me as the artist.
You are not permitted to:
Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling, using for merchandise, business promotions, etc.) without purchasing commercial rights.
Claim the artwork as your own creation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full copyright ownership of the created artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and for self-promotion.You have personal use rights as outlined in the "Use" section.
REFUNDS
A full refund can be issued if I have not yet started working on the commission.
If the commission is in progress, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.
A partial refund may be issued.
No refunds will be given after the final artwork files have been delivered and received in good condition, unless there is a significant error on my part that does not align with the initial brief.
Refund requests must be made politely and with a clear explanation.
I reserve the right to refuse refund requests if deemed inappropriate.
