- I reserve the right to refuse a request for commission (if I think the deadline is too short, for example).

If you post a piece that you commissioned from me, you must clearly and visibly credit me as the artist who produced it.
If the buyer wishes to use an illustration for commercial purposes (sale of derivative products, advertising use, visual communication, etc.), a user license agreement must be established between the parties.
The terms and conditions for the transfer of rights (duration, exclusivity, territory, etc.) will be subject to additional pricing and will be defined in a precise contractual document.
Any unauthorized commercial use will result in legal proceedures in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
