Please note the following:
Ownership:
Even tho I have made the art you now have most of the rights to it. This excludes copyright ownership of the piece and commercial rights which belong to me. If I am to distribute your commission commercially I will ask for permission first. You, however, are not allowed to distribute the artwork commercially or claim it as your work. I do not own the right to your or anyone else's characters. You are not to modify or reproduce my work unless I say otherwise.
Payment:
Half of the payment will need to be given before I start work on the piece. The other half will be given after the piece is finished. The only exception to this is sketches which will be completed before payment is given. Do NOT transfer the payment before both of us verbally agree to start the transaction.
Refunds:
Communication will be present throughout the process of working on the piece and changes will be made if needed only then. There will be no refunds of art after the final payment. If I decide I do not want to finish the artwork due to communication issues or something else you will not be given a refund but may be given compensation if the fault is mine.
Privacy Policy:
Your name and payment information will never be displayed anywhere the artwork is shown, only my socials and yours if you agree. If you are to come in contact with any of my private information like my name, you are to never speak of it and dispose of evidence of ever knowing said information.
Limitation of Liability:
Please remember that I cannot control the website or payment service. If one of the two malfunctions we must both remain calm and figure out a solution together.
Changes to Terms:
These terms are subject to change and are likely to shift slightly. If the terms have changed while I’m working on your commission I will work with the old terms until the artwork and transaction are finished.
Remember the Person:
I work relatively fast but in certain conditions, I might have to take my time with your commission. Please be patient and do tell me if you need it done by a certain date. I will also not tolerate any abuse or harassment towards me or my other clients and I have the right to stop working for you if this is an issue.
If you proceed with the commission I will automatically assume you have read and agreed to these terms. If there are any issues or concerns feel free to contact me.
