Summary
Section 1: The artist retains the right to cancel commissions, issuing refunds as needed. Plus, ghosting the artist gets your commission suspended with no refunds, to be continued when contact resumes. Deadlines cost extra.
Section 2: Revisions are limited to a set number per commission type, with charges incurred for excessive revisions. Approving moves onto the next step of the commission. The artist decides the definition of minor vs major revisions.
Section 3: You must be 18+ to commission the artist. For NSFW work, characters must be 18+ and appear 18+. The artist will decline to draw NSFW content of any type that falls outside of her comfort zone.
Section 4: Payment is due when the sketch is approved and work will not continue until it is paid. Payment processors that ban the sale of NSFW material may not be used for NSFW commissions.
Section 5: These are, unless otherwise stated, non-commercial commissions, meaning that they are not for commercial use and are therefore steeply discounted from commercial pricing. The commissioner is granted a life-time license to use and share the art so long as it is not for profit. Commissioned art may not be used for NFTs or similar technologies. The artist's work may not, under any circumstances, be included in AI data sets. Optionally, the commissioner may purchase the copyright if they wish to use the commissioned art for commercial purposes.Section
