Terms and Conditions
• By reading this site and/or purchasing something from Wagu Rupa, you participate in my “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service). These Terms of Service apply to all, including customers, vendors, and/or merchants.
General
• All prices listed in the pricing section are considered as base prices, and the final price of the commission will depend on the specific details and complexity involved.
• Illustration result would be sent as a digital goods, high-quality PNG, 300 dpi, through e-mail or google drive.
Deadlines & Delivery
• Working time is around 1-5 weeks per item depending on complexity, revisions, current workload, etc.
• Process: Payment > Sketch Confirm > 2nd Payment(optional) On Progress > Final Check before delivery.
• A rush fee can be paid to speed up the process or to meet a deadline.
Payments
• Payment shall be paid in the currency of United States Dollar or Indonesian Rupiah
• Please note that once the commission has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• Once the commission is past the sketch stage, all major changes will be subject to additional charges
• Commission must be paid fully once the final sketch is sent, in which the commission will begin.
• Commercial use will have an extra 100% - 300% depending of the type.
The revision will be divided into 2 parts
1. MAJOR REVISION: Major revision which will be carried out at the sketch stage, including changing the concept of the character/object/background/asset.
2. MINOR REVISIONS: Minor revisions are made before the rendering stage (changing object colors/replacing minor parts and not the whole concept).
Revisions
• Minor revision is available three (3) times at max or a max of ONE (1) major revision.
• When the revision slot runs out, a charge of 10$ per revision will be charged.
• Doing a Major Revision at the end will be subject to a fine in the form of 2x the commission price.
Personal License
• All commissions will be personal use only unless commercial fee is included.
• Wagu Rupa owns the rights to the commissioned work and may post it on social media with watermark for promotion and portfolio purposes.
• Client may use or post the illustration with credit.
• Client may use the artwork for personal merchandise/prints.
Commercial License
• Additional fee for commercial license will apply for organisations and business.
• Special price will apply for small-new business, non-profit organisations and collaborations.
• Collaboration projects must state Wagu Rupa's brand in the main product.
• Wagu Rupa may not upload the artwork and work-in-progress by request and an extra charge.
• Client may use the final artwork for marketing, selling and branding purposes.
• Client may use the final artwork for commercial merchandise or prints.
