LIST OF EXTRA FEES

NON-GRADIENT, CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS FOR EVERY COMMISSION TYPE

• a FLAT fee of $70

HEAVY ARMOR FEES (FLAT FEES)

• lined & painted halfbody: $10 and $20 respectively
• lined & painted fullbody: $15 and $25 respectively

EXTRA CHARACTERS (ADDITIVE; PER CHARACTER)

• lined & painted halfbody: $10 and $20 respectively
• lined & painted fullbody: $15 and $25 respectively

EXTRA EXPRESSIONS (FLAT FEES)

• lined and painted pieces: $35 and $45 respectively

in case you are confused by the latter, "extra expressions" are commonly requested in reference sheet commissions, which i also do. it's like an array of different expressions that your character makes, showing off their range of personality, and is generally just an addition made for fun. extra expressions are most commonly requested for bust pieces to make an "expression sheet" or to add to a reference sheet. reference sheet slots are not currently available but may come soon!

these fees will be added to the price before job approval, but only upon confirmation that you really want these additions. communication is very important to me. PLEASE make sure you are certain you want one or any more of these additions before the job is approved!

my FULL terms and conditions, as taken directly from my normal paypal invoices, are listed below.

"I will communicate consistently with the customer throughout the artistic process to ensure that the finished product ends up to their liking. By paying me, the customer accepts that once the piece has been finished to their satisfaction, I can make no further edits or adjustments and therefore cannot offer refunds at this very end stage of the artistic process. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason, with a full refund granted to the customer.

My commissions are for personal use only. The customer may crop, resize, reupload, and/or edit the piece however they like (The term "edit" does NOT extend to manipulating the image in any way through an "AI" algorithm, whether for personal use or not; see my clause below), but the resale of my artwork is not allowed; the customer does not own the complete copyright to the piece in this way, and this extends to using it for "AI art". Printing it to put on t-shirts, mugs, etc for personal use only is acceptable.

Using the piece to train mass "AI art" or "cognitive automation" algorithms of any kind (including, but not limited to algorithms like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and many more similar or identical algorithms that may or may not use different legal jargon to describe themselves separately from these aforementioned algorithms) or create "AI art" itself, regardless of whether or not the algorithm defines itself as a tool used to create "AI art", and regardless of whether or not it is done for "personal use", is strictly prohibited as defined by my terms and conditions. I reserve the right to protect my own artwork from being used to manufacture "AI art" under copyright. When purchasing a commission from me, the copyright agreement shared between me and the customer does NOT include the right for the customer to use the piece in any "AI" or "cognitive automation" algorithm in any way. Failure to understand, respect, and abide by this clause may result in legal action. This clause also applies to any legal persons, companies, and/or organizations who may not be the customer themselves and who attempt to use my art in the same fashion.

This piece of artwork is not printed in any way by me, the artist, and is therefore not physically shipped by me to the customer, which means commissioning me for a piece of artwork does not entail any kind of physical printing or shipping service. As a digital artist, I consider the service complete when I finish the piece, send it to the customer electronically, and the customer agrees that everything is to their satisfaction and no further adjustments should be made.

By accepting the completed service, the customer agrees with everything listed in these terms and conditions. The customer also accepts that I am not responsible for any negligence of the clauses explicitly listed in these terms and conditions. I also reserve the right to modify or update my terms and conditions at any time."
