As the artist:
1. I retain the right to reject commissions for any reason.
2. I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork for advertisement purposes on my online portfolios or in physical art galleries. It will be noted that you are the commissioner.

As the client:
1. You may upload your commission anywhere so long as I’m credited.
2. You may not claim the commission piece as your own work.
3. You may use/alter it for non-commercial purposes (avatars, banners, etc.).
4. If you would like to use it for commercial purposes please inquire beforehand so we may discuss details.

The process:
1. Send me details about what you would like drawn. References are always helpful (OC references, pose reference, etc.).
2. I’ll begin the sketch. Major adjustments are to be made during this time as major edits will not be made afterwards during the finalizing phase. We will continue this process until the sketch is to your liking. Minor adjustments may be made after the sketch is done.
3. Once you approve of the sketch, payment is then required for me to continue. I prefer full payment but I will accept at least half of the total amount to start. The rest will be required for me to deliver the completed work.
4. I will keep you up to date as often as I can with the progress and contact you regarding any details I may need. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like an update.
5. If something comes up that will hinder progress on your commission, I will inform you immediately.
6. Please be patient. :)

Once I’m done and full payment has been confirmed and received, you’ll receive a high-res PNG file (roughly around 3200x4000px) at 400 dpi. [Note: Since A&C has a file size restriction and my final PNG files are usually way larger, I'll give you the option of receiving a JPEG file instead or if you prefer the PNG I will upload the PNG to my dropbox and send you the link to it, which you can then download it from there.]

I will not do: Fetishes, hate-art, gore/torture, controversial subjects, loli/shota, political crap, mecha stuff. Anything else, just ask. If I’m uncomfortable with it, I will let you know

I fine with doing: Hentai, Yaoi/yuri, nude, furry, fanart, OCs, LGBT, women, men. I’m comfortable with most things. :)
