All rights of the work are reserved to the artist until the work has been finalized and the full sum of the agreed price has been paid to the artist.

After the conceptual phase is complete the artist will be able to provide a price based on the complexity of the concept which will be developed and finalised.

Once the price has been agreed upon, a 30% advance must be paid and the rest of the 70% will be paid after the finalisation stage.

The client may offer to pay a higher percentage for the advance if they so wish.

The client must pay a hiring fee of $10 to the artist as a standard before any work has commenced, which will be seperate from the price of the finalised work which will be paid after its completion.

The time to complete the artwork will vary depending on the complexity of the desired artwork. However, an average time will be provided as per the discussions between the artist and client. This time is not to be taken as the rule and the client should expect to be flexible.

All changes regarding design should be made during the conceptual phase. Any major changes requested towards the design during the final stage of the art piece will be charged additional fees, which will be agreed upon by the client and artist.

During the development and making of the artwork, the client will receive various updates for feedback to get the work as close as possible to the client's desired vision.

Once the artwork has been finalised and the fee payed to the artist, any changes to the artwork, major or minor will be treated as a new contract and a fee, seperate from the original, will be issued depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
