By proceeding with this commission you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

General:
- I have the right to reject, cancel or refund any order for any reason.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.

Payments:
- Payment will be made only through ArtistsnClients

Process & Delivery:
- Turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my availability, ranging from 1 week to 3 months.
- Once your commission is finished, you will receive the full resolution image as well as a web-friendly size.

Revisions:
- 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price of your commission. Further changes may incur an additional charge based on the complexity of the change and the additional time taken.
- Changes resulting from a misunderstanding on my part will not incur an additional charge.

Copyright Info:
I, Emily Fairchild (Aether Illustration), the artist:
- reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at any time for any reason,
- retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork,
- will not claim the IP (Intellectual Property) of the commissioned artwork,
- will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer breaks any of these terms,
- reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

You, the customer:
- may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social media,
- may not make profits from the commissioned artwork by reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, making prints etc. (this list is not exhaustive),
- may not alter the commissioned artwork without the artist’s consent,
retain the rights to the IP (Intellectual Property),
- may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes or commercial gain unless previously discussed with the artist (TTRPG resources with commercial use purchased are exempt from this term).

Please be aware that the following is considered copyright infringement:
- reproducing the commissioned artwork commercially (making money from the artwork in any way not previously discussed and agreed with the artist),
- claiming the commissioned artwork as your own work,
- altering the commissioned artwork without the artist’s consent.

Commercial use can be purchased in some cases, for example with table top sheet and resource commissions.

Cancellations & Refunds:
- If a commission is cancelled before I start working, the customer will receive a full refund.
- The customer will also receive a full refund if I am for any reason unable to start the commission.
- The customer may not receive a full refund once I have started working on the commission.
