We can discuss specifics depending on the type of use you will have for the piece created.

1. Fundamentally I (the artist) will be trying to accommodate your desires for the piece but I can't continually change elements. Once the artist has given you a thumbnail/sketch you are happy with, there will be a chance for minor changes after you have agreed to go to a final. If you wish for any large/ major changes during the finishing phase ( ex. composition change) you will have to pay a fee of 50 % of the original cost, on top of your original payment. This is to cover the extra time the artist will have to spend on the artwork.
2. The artist has the right to put the commissioned artwork on their website or in their portfolio.
3. As the client you will have all rights to publish the artwork, but the artist retains the image as their creation.
4. As the artist I do not have the right to re-sell or publish the artwork commissioned by the client, unless specifically allowed by the client.
