Although I am very happy with the final piece, I have to express my significant disappointment and frustration in working with the artist. Flat out lies, incredibly poor time management and a severe lack of communication made it almost impossible to converse and reach a final result, not to mention the fact that their customer service is appalling.
The commission was requested on the 7th of January and was supposed to take 10 days. It's now the 31st of January and I have finally gotten the final piece. The artist went up to 13 days without answering or sending any form of updates, made changes to the piece without even consulting me first, said they were working on multiple commissions as an answer to the delay (also without informing me first), then changed it to them having injured their hand. I felt complete distrust in the artist and felt as if I had to inspect every inch of the piece to make sure they had not changed anything else without my permission.
In the end, I am very happy with the final piece, it's amazing. But I do believe it's only right to speak on what I experienced working with them.

I would like to start by saying that the art turned out great. However, my issue is that the artist was extremely late and didn't communicate well. The job was advertised as taking 14 days. I got the sketch the next day, the colored sketch on day 30, and the final piece on day 45. All the while, the artist didn't give me an update unless I reached out asking what was going on. If the artist told me about potential delays or advertised the project as taking longer (like 30 days), I wouldn't have minded as much as the no communication approach. In the end, I felt like a second thought.
