By commissioning me you agree to:

• Provide credit to the artist (me) when posting to your personal websites (tumblr, etc) in a clearly visible way.

• Never, ever remove my signature or information from the piece.

• Never edit, modify, or otherwise change any part of the original image (excluding re-sizing) or hire someone else to make changes to the work.

• Never hire me with the intent to maliciously attack, humilate, or embarass another person by commissioning work of them they did not consent to.

• Understand that I can drop a commission and refund your money, or simply decline your commission entirely without explanation. This happens rarely but when it does, it is none of your business what lead to the decision.

• Not re-posting under your own accounts on DeviantArt or other artist host websites. This redirects traffic from my own DeviantArt.

• Not claim ownership of the art. I hold the copyright to the completed image and give you permission to use as you wish provided it does not breach my terms of service. If you wish to purchase the complete rights to the image, you must discuss with me privately and pay a fee.

• Never use my work commercially. See copyright terms above if you wish to use my work in advertising.

• Understand that I am still learning digital art. I am imperfect with many flaws. I cannot guarantee perfection but I will do everything I can to see that you receive a product we are both happy with.

• Never use the work you commission me for in political statements, hate speech/racism, or promotion of violence against another person due to their race, creed, or personal opinion.

• Understand that life comes first. Drawing is a hobby of mine in my free time, and I work a full time 9 to 5 job during the week. You will be kept informed of my progress or of any delays.
