— Full payment is required prior to starting on your commission.
— All commissioned pieces unless specified, are for personal use only. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale without my consent.
— If you are interested in purchasing the Commercial Merchandise pricing for commission it will be 3x the original price. (Items such as prints, keychains, mugs, etc.) As well as the commission being offered in the dimensions that best suit your mechandise means!
Refunds & Pricing
— Tips are not mandatory but immensely appreciated!
— You will not be charged a fee if I cancel your commission on my own accord, and will give back a full refund.
— Commissions are otherwise non-refundable, and prices are non-negotiable.
Rights
— I may decline commission depending on available slots, content of commissions, or other reasons.
— I reserve the right to decline further commissions, or request removal of any commissions that are not in compliance with my terms.
— Do not reproduce, redistribute, or resell my work without my permission.
— Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style.
— Commissioning me, means that you comply to all of my TOS.
Credit
— Credit me as your artist in a place where it is visible and easily accessible on Twitter bio @Khalligna.
— Do not claim my work as your own.
Commission Process
— I will look over your request and get back to you with a proposal of the estimated quote of the commission. I do not start on commissions until full payment has been received.
— I will send you a sketch of the commission for any requested changes & feedback before I proceed to lineart and coloring the commission.
— After the coloring has been sent and approved once again, I will finish your commissions as quickly as possible!
— You as the commissioner are allowed to ask for WIPs during the time I work on your commission.
— We will continue to exchange feedback and updates until the commission is completed for any additional changes.
— When the customer is satisfied with the commission they will be sent out to you via a zip file (to avoid a loss in quality).
