GENERAL
-I have the right to decline any commission.
-I Don't accept any NSFW Commission.
-Clients have to provide visual references or detailed descriptions.
-I'm willing to accept up to 3 commissions requests at one time from the same person.
PAYMENTS
-Payment must be upfront. I will not start working on commission unless it's paid.
-Cancelations will only be approved in full in case of cancelation before I start working on it.
-Commissioner will be given 48 hours to pay after I accept their commission request.
-Failing to pay within 24 hours will automatically cancel the commission request.
REVISIONS
-I wont charge extra for revisions when doing sketches but if it time consuming and changing a lot from the original i will take extra fee
-Only taking minor revisions like colors after the art is colored
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-If there is a deadline for the project it MUST be communicated properly.
USE
-The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want.
-If you want to use ordered art for the commercial usage you have to state it before paying.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I remain the rightful owner of the commission.
-The original commission prices for artworks include personal usage only.
-Do not claim the work as yours.
-The artist can use commissioned artworks for their portfolio and advertising themselves.
REFUNDS
-No refunds.
COMMUNICATION
-You can ask the artist anything before doing the commission
-The artist is more active on Twitter but the client should feel free to state what platform is the most comfortable for them to use.
-The artist lives in GMT+7 time zone so please, be mindful of it when waiting for reply for your message.
-The client should feel free to ask about updates any time they wish for.
-Communication is key - from both sides. Leaving the artist without any type of reply for longer period of time can result in cancelation of your commission.
